Endi Ezengwa
Endi Ezengwa is a social entrepreneur and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Priscilla Davis Ltd., a company with diverse functions including the provision of TVET equipment, capacity building of TVET personnel, and linkages with the organized private sector. It is also involved in farming, processing, and the distribution of medicinal plants for health and beauty products.
Additionally, he is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kiara College, Innoson Kiara Academy, Kiara De-Luke Academy, and Kiara Gambia. These are Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions that bridge the gap between educational institutions and the industry in Africa using their Education for Employment (E4E) programs.
Endi Ezengwa is also the Founder of Active Support and Care, a non-governmental organization that caters to people with special needs, especially vulnerable women with mental health challenges.
His background in Health and Social Care enables him to apply a Person-Centered Approach to learning, resulting in desired outcomes for students with varying abilities. His areas of expertise include Quality Assurance in TVET, Management of TVET institutions, Assessment Techniques for Work-Based Learning, and Management of Community Health and Social Care services.
He is a trained Assessor and Internal Verifier of National Vocational Qualifications, a member of the Internal Verifier and Assessors Institute of the United Kingdom, and possesses a UK Registered Managers Award in Health and Social Care. Endi holds a Master of Science degree in Psychological Therapies from Barts and London Medical School, London, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Sciences with 1st Class Honors from Punjab University Chandigarh, India.
